When I stepped in, the requirements were sprawling:

  • Dynamic stock management that synced in real-time.

  • Physical-to-digital integration (automated receipt printing and reporting).

I knew that a "cookie-cutter" CMS wouldn't suffice. To deliver the level of performance and scalability required, I needed to leverage a sophisticated, modern tech stack.
